small room low water pressure
the hotel had a good location, close to many attractions and transportation options, that was acceptable.
I was unhappy with the room size, it was small. the bathroom was also tiny. I hardly had space for my toiletries. the water pressure in the shower was low and the shower experience was not pleasant.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Noted
dim lighting slow service
The room lighting was dim. It was like nighttime even during the day. I requested extra towels, and they took an excessively long time to arrive, like over an hour. I found this slow service inconvenient. The bathroom lacked basic amenities, for example, a simple toothbrush, it was not available. That seemed odd.

excellent stay near bryant park
central location friendly staff
i liked the clean and well-kept rooms at this hotel. the location is excellent near bryant park and times square i found it easy to access transportation. the staff were really friendly making my stay pleasant and efficient.
i found the breakfast menu to be limited in options. there could be more hot choices available especially for vegan or vegetarian diets. rooms also have windows facing the backyard which might not be ideal for all guests.

great location nespresso machine comfortable bed
the location was amazing. it was close to many restaurants and grand central station. (i really enjoyed the proximity to everything). the bed was firm, which i liked, and the room included a nespresso machine. slippers and a dressing gown were also provided.
the breakfast menu did not have many options for vegans.
